Love love love love love this place! They have the best Chinese food I've ever tasted in my life and I'd been to many places. The food is always fresh, VERY cheap, and plentiful. We always have leftovers for a day or two. Me and my partner's fave dishes here are - Spring Rolls, Shrimp Egg Rolls (these things are freaking amazing here!!!), Chicken & Broccoli (omg yum), and their Chicken Lo Mein is good too. You cannot go wrong with anything!! PS - This is always our VERY first stop when we go to Ocean City. Can't wait to go back here in September!

Based on the name alone, I should have known. To be fair #1: big fresh shrimps. To be fair #2: it's in Ocean City, MD.

DO NOT eat in but I should have known better. You have to buy any drink, even water, out of a self serve cooler and you get served on styrofoam plates with plastic utensils and... you have to get them yourself from a dirty bin against the wall. While the House Lo Mein was pretty good there were only 2 shrimp and the noodles were pretty oily. The shrimp roll was smelly and dry and the spring roll was bland and really greasy. The fried rice was just bland and using them packets is a sin, they should provide some decent hot mustard and soy sauce if eating in. In the past 10 years I have had acceptable take out from them so IMHO they should get rid of the tables since there are no proper wait staff, plating and utensils. I felt like I was imposing by eating in, really friendly when I arrived but the total opposite when I let her know I was eating in.

Umm excuse me did your cook that just came out of the bathroom wash his hands??[woman yells to him in mandarin then turns to me and smiles and continues to take my order] When that is my first question that is a bad sign. I am a bit of a germaphobe so when I see the cook come out of the restroom and go straight into the fridge to retrieve food it kinda grossed me out. Not being familiar with the area and trying to avoid an argument with my husband about going somewhere else we decided to stay. We stayed basic with wings, fried rice and broccoli. The food here was not flavorful at all. There were a few personal items ( TV, books, kids artwork) in the seating area that seemed to be like things should be at home but this is probably their second home so no cares about that. It was quite annoying to have flies underneath the table, unusual place for them to take shelter. Eat here at your own risk.

I do not visit Ocean City to eat fast food chain food, or chinese take out, but... I must admit, at times you do get hungry for it. I love this place.... their beef and broccoli, and chicken and broccoli dishes are my favorite... the beef being first... they, unlike other chinese restaurants, use the best cuts of beef and freshest broccoli and vegetables to prepare this meal.... they are hands down the best chinese restaurant in Ocean City, as per their name!

Yummy! Their Chicken and Broccolli and their pork fried rice are wonderful. Great take out place for hotel rooms too. By far they have the best spring rolls around.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
